These terms cover your use of sounddrip.tv and the content, streams and features we offer through it. By visiting the site or interacting with our services, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Sound Drip TV is international urban music television. You are welcome to browse, watch, share links, and enjoy the culture we put out. In return, we ask that you use the site fairly and within the law.
You agree not to:
The Sound Drip TV name, logo, programming, written copy, and the look and feel of the site belong to Sound Drip TV or the artists and partners we work with. Music, videos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here gives you a license to reuse that material beyond normal personal viewing and sharing of links.
If you submit music, artwork or messages to us, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you give us permission to review and, where relevant, feature that material across our channels. You keep ownership of what you send.
Our live channel runs on the VivaLive TV app on Channel 9, and some pages embed players and links from platforms like YouTube and Spotify. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control how they operate. When you use them, you are agreeing to their terms as well as ours.
The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work hard to keep things running and accurate, but we cannot promise the site will always be online, error free, or free of interruptions. Programming, schedules and availability can change without notice.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sound Drip TV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, that counts as accepting the revised terms.
Questions about these terms or a licensing request? Reach us through our contact page and we will follow up.
